What you will do

• Lead and govern the end-to-end integration testing strategy across complex technical landscapes.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships to ensure compliance with testing standards and quality expectations.
• Coordinate the planning, execution, and reporting of tests across multiple projects and suppliers.
• Collaborate with software engineering disciplines to promote QA frameworks, policies, and ethical testing practices.
• Oversee integration defect triage, root-cause analysis, and cross-team resolution tracking.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers and QA professionals across the organization.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing comprehensive test plans and strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to delegate and make effective decisions.
• Knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages.
• Experience managing high-risk projects and managing expectations of senior stakeholders and vendors.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Southampton.
