What you will do

• Administer methadone as prescribed and evaluate patients post-administration.
• Assess new and current patients to determine treatment appropriateness.
• Collect urine specimens and maintain accurate patient dosing records.
• Manage medical supply inventories and receive shipments according to DEA and company procedures.
• Coordinate with counselors and participate in weekly treatment team meetings.
• Train new nurses and implement quality health standards.

Requirements

• Licensed as LPN/LVN in the state of employment.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in data entry and basic computing knowledge.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
