Clinical Acquisitions Leader

Location: Remote, USA; on-site travel required

What you will do

• Lead clinical integration for newly acquired agencies, start-ups, branch expansions, and mergers.
• Develop transition plans covering orientation, competency validation, education, and operational alignment.
• Assess clinical infrastructure, identify risks and gaps, and coordinate implementation with executive and service center departments.
• Manage integration project timelines, tasks, stakeholder communication, and progress tracking.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and implement standardized clinical workflows.
• Support post-acquisition stabilization and monitor clinical outcomes, compliance, and staff retention KPIs.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse or licensed professional in a related discipline, such as PT, OT, or ST.
• At least five years of home health and/or hospice experience.
• Previous experience as an agency leader and with mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong knowledge of state, federal, and accrediting regulatory requirements for post-acute care.
• Ability to manage complex integration projects, prioritize multiple initiatives, analyze problems, and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
