What you will do

• Train new partners to ensure consistency and departmental performance.
• Drive team goals and departmental KPIs.
• Provide supervisory coverage and support when the Supervisor is unavailable.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure partners adhere to procedures and policies.
• Identify partner growth opportunities, communication needs, and process improvements.
• Act as a subject matter expert in functional areas such as Accounts Receivable and Customer Experience.

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant business experience.
• High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
• Must be based in Houston, TX, US.

Nice to have

• Experience with heavy inbound and outbound call handling.
• 3+ years of business-to-business (B2B) account support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with document proofreading and editing.
