What you will do

• Drive a data-driven approach to optimize member experience through exploratory analytical projects and high-value hypotheses.
• Design and measure tests for new experiences and features to ensure continuous learning.
• Serve as the primary data resource for cross-functional teams in product, marketing, CX, and research.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and define key metrics to inform prioritization and initiative valuation.
• Contribute to analytical excellence by enhancing processes and innovating the member experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data, business intelligence, growth, or retention analytics.
• Expertise in subscription-based metrics including retention, churn, LTV, and cohort analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and applied statistics (test design, multivariate analysis, modeling).
• Experience sourcing data from platforms like Snowflake, Looker, MixPanel, GA, and Segment.
• Must be based on the U.S. East Coast.
