What you will do

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions using ManuScript and the Duck Creek platform.
• Design scalable solutions that align with client strategies and future system capabilities.
• Take ownership of complex customer issues and drive them through to full resolution.
• Lead small teams of developers and mentor junior members to support their professional growth.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure strict adherence to development standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and project planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience, including 4+ years specifically working with Duck Creek products.
• Strong knowledge of Duck Creek Platform (Author, Express, Server, User Admin, TransACT).
• Proficiency in ManuScript development, XML, XSLT, and SQL Server (stored procedures, triggers, functions).
• Experience leading small project teams and mentoring other developers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in or able to work from Springfield (MO), Puerto Rico, or Honduras.
