What you will do

• Lead the roadmap and development of the agentic software platform enabling AI agents to conduct and analyze complex experiments.
• Build an integrated framework allowing Software, ML, and Wet-lab teams to operate in a continuous, high-performance loop.
• Deliver intuitive interfaces and high-performance endpoints to make scientific superintelligence accessible to users.
• Own the entire product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, implementing robust prioritization frameworks.
• Act as the authoritative executive voice for the software product, providing strategic insights to influence the company's trajectory.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Product Management with a track record of shipping complex, multidisciplinary software systems.
• Must be AI-native with direct experience building software with AI at its core.
• Deep understanding of the scientific method via academic schooling or experience building software for scientists.
• Demonstrated experience leading large, high-performing teams in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
• Ability to communicate technical and scientific concepts to audiences ranging from engineers to investors.
• Location: Based in Cambridge, MA, USA.
