Location: Hybrid (Vilnius, Lithuania), requires at least 3 days a week in-office

Salary: 3750–4150 EUR gross

What you will do

• Lead client workshops to demonstrate hirify.global Clearing products and guide business rule configuration.
• Design, develop, and maintain training courses and instructional materials for various products.
• Collaborate in requirements discussions and design studies to define the team's scope of work.
• Coordinate with internal Product, Engineering, Sales, and Professional Services teams as well as external partners.

Requirements

• In-depth experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Tester within Capital Markets, specifically in Clearing.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for interacting with global market clients.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly materials.
• Experience with Unix/Linux.
• Willingness to travel to client or hirify.global locations as required.

Nice to have

• Experience working with cross-cultural teams.
• Experience in AWS environments for configuring and testing systems.
