What you will do
- Develop and maintain Master, Intermediate, and Detailed program plan schedules and performance measurement reporting.
- Perform Schedule Risk Assessments and analyze critical paths, network logic, and activity constraints.
- Interface with technical disciplines across all levels to gather and analyze schedule status data.
- Prepare monthly Internal Program Reviews and mandatory US Government reports.
- Analyze historical performance data to develop cost and schedule estimates for proposal requests.
- Provide technical assistance in the implementation of Program Planning software and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5 years of prior related experience.
- Must be a U.S. citizen due to U.S. Government contract requirements.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DOD security clearance.
- Experience with Program Scheduling Software (Deltek Open Plan, MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to respond to short deadlines.
Nice to have
- Specific experience with Deltek Open Plan.
- Familiarity with DoD/EIA-748 Earned Value Management (EVM) and DCMA audits.
- Agile Development experience.
- Proficiency with DELTEK COBRA, CostPoint, and MRP systems.
