What you will do

• Provide Tier I–III support for complex LAN/WAN-related issues.
• Configure and maintain Cisco networking technologies, including Catalyst switches and ISR/ASR routers.
• Manage firewall policies and threat protection using Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) and FMC.
• Implement and maintain secure network access via Cisco ISE and Zero Trust network access solutions.
• Lead network projects ensuring scalability, security, and performance alignment with industry standards.
• Track and remediate vulnerabilities identified by the Information Security team.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 7+ years of experience as a Network Engineer in a mid- to large-scale enterprise environment.
• Strong expertise in Cisco routing and switching architecture across LAN and WAN environments.
• Experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), FTD/FMC, and Zero Trust concepts.
• Knowledge of 802.1X authentication, network segmentation, and Network Access Control (NAC).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Active CCNA certification.
• Experience with Cisco Meraki or other enterprise wireless solutions.
