What you will do

• Lead testing efforts for a brand-new mobile platform dedicated to the parents of athletes.
• Champion the parent experience by ensuring the mobile platform is seamless and reliable.
• Drive a mobile-first strategy by voicing quality concerns and testing the impact of mobile features and APIs.
• Execute a mix of automation, exploratory, and manual testing to validate merges and releases.
• Collaborate within a Scrum squad to identify, track, and resolve defects before they reach users.

Requirements

• STEM bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Basic coding knowledge in Python or other programming languages.
• Comfortability with automated testing tools and a user-focused mindset.
• Must reside within commuting distance of the Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska offices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with global teams.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI tools (LLMs, coding assistants) to increase efficiency in test case creation.
• Experience testing iOS/Android applications using Appium, Detox, or React Native.
• Understanding of mobile-specific performance and APIs (GraphQL, REST).
• Fluency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and participation in sprint ceremonies.
