What you will do

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end bid processes (RFIs, RFPs) and support supplier negotiations.
• Analyze bids to identify productivity opportunities and provide sourcing recommendations.
• Maintain price information and supplier master data in SAP/MACOS to ensure contract compliance.
• Provide business analysis and reporting on cost projections, risks, and productivity.
• Conduct market intelligence analysis on pricing trends, suppliers, and competitive insights.
• Manage supplier relationships (SRM), coordinating communications and supporting payment processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or supply chain (internships are considered).
• Solid understanding of business processes and procurement fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP or similar systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Romania or Manila, Philippines.
