Focus on conducting competitor analysis, maintaining sales trackers, and ensuring the quality of the PlayStation Store customer experience.

Location: Hybrid: 4 days per week in London office and 1 day attending the Arts & Business College of London

What you will do

• Assist with global content pricing for the PlayStation Store.
• Conduct thorough competitor analysis on pricing strategies and value propositions.
• Manage department administration, including data analysis requests and pre-order submissions.
• Distribute promotional proposals and performance reports to publishing partners.
• Maintain and update sales trackers and reporting templates for internal stakeholders.
• Perform QA checks on the PS Store to ensure customer journey standards are met.

Requirements

• Must be aged 18 or over at the time of starting.
• Genuine interest in a commercial, fast-paced environment and a passion for video games.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in drawing insights from data.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
