What you will do

  • Deliver integrated clinical mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) services in collaboration with health center staff.
  • Conduct training on MhGAP-HIG, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and interpersonal therapy (IPT).
  • Supervise health social workers to strengthen the link between facility-based services and community-level support.
  • Manage the secure storage and availability of essential psychotropic medications.
  • Build partnerships with local government bodies and other NGOs to coordinate MHPSS interventions.
  • Collect and manage age and sex-disaggregated data for mental health activities and submit donor reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychiatric Nursing.
  • Master’s degree in Integrated Clinical and Community Mental Health (ICCMH).
  • Minimum of two years of experience implementing MHPSS programs in humanitarian settings.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
  • Proven clinical expertise in assessing psychiatric conditions and managing acute mental health episodes.
