What you will do

• Act as Team Leader, coordinating the Events Team and designing strategy to support Sales and Business objectives.
• Lead comprehensive event logistics and manage all aspects of on-site execution.
• Oversee vendor relations and negotiate service agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Manage and monitor event budgets and produce necessary event materials.
• Analyze and report on event metrics and feedback to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with event objectives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in event planning or related roles.
• Advanced project management skills for handling complex event projects.
• Proven ability in strategic planning and vendor partnership negotiation.
• Strong data analysis skills for reporting on event performance.
• Proficiency in English for daily coordination with international teams.
