What you will do
- Convert leads into bookings via telephone, live chat, WhatsApp, and email.
- Deliver high-quality support to guests to ensure a top-tier customer experience.
- Perform cross-selling and upselling of TSH services and products.
- Handle financial administrative tasks and guest change requests.
- Collect and share guest feedback and insights with the internal team.
Requirements
- Must be a currently enrolled university student pursuing a Bachelor's in Hospitality, Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and proficient in at least one of the following: Dutch, German, Italian, French, or Spanish.
- Availability for a period of 5-6 months starting in September 2026.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- No holiday plans during the internship period.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
