What you will do

  • Convert leads into bookings via telephone, live chat, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Deliver high-quality support to guests to ensure a top-tier customer experience.
  • Perform cross-selling and upselling of TSH services and products.
  • Handle financial administrative tasks and guest change requests.
  • Collect and share guest feedback and insights with the internal team.

Requirements

  • Must be a currently enrolled university student pursuing a Bachelor's in Hospitality, Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory) and proficient in at least one of the following: Dutch, German, Italian, French, or Spanish.
  • Availability for a period of 5-6 months starting in September 2026.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
  • No holiday plans during the internship period.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
