What you will do

• Oversee enterprise data quality across profiling, measurement, issue detection, remediation, testing, and reporting.
• Lead the data steward community by delivering training, frameworks, metrics, and governance practices.
• Partner with business and IT teams to define data requirements and integrate data quality into systems and projects.
• Define and maintain business and data architecture artifacts, including data domains, glossaries, and enterprise information maps.
• Advance automation and analytics using GenAI and agentic AI to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Support risk management and regulatory compliance while developing talent within the data quality team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 12+ years of related experience in a data-driven and governance-focused role within a publicly traded financial institution.
• Expert knowledge of data quality practices and management of enterprise information assets.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Knowledge of regulations including CCPA, GDPR, HIPPA, SOX, and GLBA.
• Experience with Visio or other data modeling tools.
