What you will do
- Lead long-term relationships with public sector customers, acting as a trusted advisor for technical and business stakeholders.
- Define and drive Customer Success Plans (CSPs) aligned with customer strategies and public sector priorities.
- Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle from onboarding and adoption to renewal and growth.
- Drive adoption of solutions within the context of sovereign infrastructure and regulatory requirements.
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Support, Services, and Engineering to ensure consistent outcomes.
- Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align senior stakeholders on progress, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing roles in enterprise environments.
- Full professional fluency in both German and English.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, cloud, and open source technologies.
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence senior IT leadership and decision-makers.
- Proven track record in driving customer adoption, retention, and long-term growth.
- Experience working with public sector customers or highly regulated industries is a strong advantage.
