What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and support a cross-functional team of engineers delivering growth-critical systems.
• Collaborate daily with Product and Design to define scope and ensure seamless execution of features.
• Stay hands-on in the codebase, writing production-grade code and setting standards for quality and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and architectural context to help the team make pragmatic decisions.
• Leverage AI tooling daily to boost personal and team productivity.
• Improve team processes and communication across different time zones.

Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams and delivering results in collaborative environments.
• Strong backend technical foundation and a proven individual contributor background.
• Must be based in EU or EST US/LATAM timezones.
• High proficiency in modern AI-driven development and automation tools.
• Proficiency in modern languages such as TypeScript, Rust, Go, or Python.
• Experience working within distributed, remote-first teams.

• Experience with analytics, experimentation, or growth-specific tooling.
