TL;DR

Focus on developing a scalable sales playbook, managing complex customer relationships, and exceeding revenue targets.

Location: Preferably based out of Stockholm, Sweden

What you will do

  • Scale hirify.global's presence and growth trajectory across the Nordics region.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy and playbook from the ground up.
  • Conduct outbound and community-driven prospecting within the technology space.
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with the VAR ecosystem.
  • Manage and own end-to-end relationships with enterprise customers.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through a hunter mentality.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS or technology sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets via outbound prospecting.
  • Experience working with business partners and managing VAR ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Native Nordic speaker and proficiency in English.
  • Preferably based out of Stockholm.
