Location: Full time onsite in Richardson, TX, USA. Relocation support available.

What you will do
- Respond to inbound customer and partner inquiries through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across hardware, software, and customer accounts to identify root causes.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams and ensure communication loops are closed with customers.
- Record and track all customer interactions and resolutions within internal CRM and ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to continuously improve the customer experience.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work an overnight schedule (10:00pm to 6:00am CDT), including regular shifts on weekends and after 8:00 pm.
- Experience with CRM and ticketing software.
- Proven problem-solving and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
Nice to have
