Focus on scaling infrastructure, mentoring engineers, and resolving complex product incidents.

Location: Onsite in Limassol, Cyprus (Full relocation support provided)

What you will do

• Build and grow the team through hiring, onboarding, and mentorship.
• Foster a high-performance culture and lead by example in operational challenges.
• Develop project plans, manage resources, and translate company goals into team priorities.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to build compatible architecture.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and manage technical debt.
• Oversee incident management, SLIs/SLOs, and system visibility via dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience with Linux infrastructure, including 2+ years in leadership.
• Expertise in RHEL/Debian and strong Infrastructure-as-Code approach using Ansible.
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and HAProxy setups.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coach and motivate engineers.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes and containerization.
• Experience with public CDNs (e.g., CloudFlare).
• Relevant certifications in AWS, Azure, or Red Hat.
