What you will do

• Supervise and guide modeling, texturing, and shading teams to ensure assets meet quality and technical specifications.
• Provide mentorship and feedback to artists to align work with the show's creative vision.
• Collaborate with Rigging, Technical Directors, and CG/VFX Supervisors to optimize asset performance in the pipeline.
• Develop and refine asset workflows and best practices to increase production efficiency.
• Identify and solve complex technical challenges related to topology, UV mapping, and shading.
• Coordinate with production coordinators and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of assets.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar supervisory position.
• Expertise in Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Katana, and Houdini.
• Deep understanding of PBR workflows and experience with Arnold, Redshift, or RenderMan.
• Strong knowledge of topology, UV mapping, and efficient geometry for animation.
• Eligible to work in Spain/Europe.
• Fluent in English and/or Spanish (written and verbal).
