What you will do

• Create animatics, transitions, 2D/3D animations, VFX, and UI animations.
• Collaborate with Tech Artists, UI/UX designers, and Engineers to implement high-quality animations.
• Define, maintain, and improve animation tools and production pipelines.
• Provide feedback on animations created by internal artists and external co-developers.
• Participate in team art discussions, critiques, and reviews.
• Ensure timely completion of animation tasks in coordination with production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience creating animations for games, preferably in Maya.
• 2+ years of experience with technical implementation of animations in Unity.
• Expert hand-key animation skills and strong knowledge of animation fundamentals.
• Experience with real-time particle and VFX-based animations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Seville, Spain.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in drawing, texturing, and modeling.
• Experience with Photoshop, After Effects, and Jira.
• Experience with AI-assisted creative tools such as Scenario, ChatGPT, or GeminiAI.
• Previous experience in mobile game development.
