What you will do

• Prepare budgets and financial forecasts, aggregating data into a comprehensive financial model.
• Consolidate financial data and management accounts at the group level.
• Analyze company performance (revenues, costs, profitability) across different geographies.
• Prepare business and financial presentations for stakeholders, investors, and the Board of Directors.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decision-making.
• Drive the optimization and automation of financial reporting and control procedures.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a financial controller or in consulting (startup or e-commerce experience is a plus).
• BSc or MSc in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Statistics.
• AI-driven mindset with experience using tools like Claude AI or Gemini to improve efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, quantitative analysis, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
• Good English proficiency required (business language of the company).
