What you will do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to real estate advisory, market analysis, and property management.
• Evaluate AI responses for technical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements.
• Draft realistic real estate scenarios based on professional experience.
• Create scenario variations from different perspectives, including consultants, clients, and investors.
• Identify gaps and weak reasoning in AI-generated real estate content.

Requirements

• Senior-level real estate expert with significant professional experience.
• Must be based in the EU or UK.
• Experience in advising on, developing, and executing real estate projects and documentation.
• Ability to provide structured and critical feedback independently.
• Availability for 8–20 hours per week.
