What you will do

• Deliver and coordinate global professional development programs aligned to the corporate leadership framework.
• Manage end-to-end program operations, including planning, timelines, logistics, and participant management.
• Partner with facilitators, vendors, and learning design teams to ensure high-quality program delivery.
• Maintain program governance through dashboards, documentation, and standardized playbooks.
• Collaborate with regional HR and business leaders to drive alignment and participation globally.
• Gather and analyze learner feedback to support continuous improvement and relevance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, project management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience designing and delivering leadership development programs at scale in global organizations.
• Expertise in adult learning principles, leadership assessments, and learning science.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders, content providers, and executive coaches.
• Must be based in or able to work in Akron, Ohio on a hybrid basis.
