What you will do

• Build and configure Pega applications by developing rules, case types, and flows.
• Integrate Pega solutions with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functionality.
• Collaborate with BAs and senior developers to refine requirements and design solutions.
• Create clear, structured technical documentation for team and client use.
• Optimize rule configurations to improve the stability and performance of existing systems.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Pega development experience.
• Pega CSA certification (obtained or in progress).
• Knowledge of Pega rules, case types, flows, data types, and UI rules.
• Awareness of Agile delivery frameworks and the SDLC.
• English: Capable of maintaining business communication with clients.
• Location: Must be based in Romania.

Nice to have

• Academic background in Computer Science or a related field.
• Foundational programming knowledge in Java, Python, or C#.
