What you will do
- Build and configure Pega applications by developing rules, case types, and flows.
- Integrate Pega solutions with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functionality.
- Collaborate with BAs and senior developers to refine requirements and design solutions.
- Create clear, structured technical documentation for team and client use.
- Optimize rule configurations to improve the stability and performance of existing systems.
Requirements
- 1+ years of Pega development experience.
- Pega CSA certification (obtained or in progress).
- Knowledge of Pega rules, case types, flows, data types, and UI rules.
- Awareness of Agile delivery frameworks and the SDLC.
- English: Capable of maintaining business communication with clients.
- Location: Must be based in Romania.
Nice to have
- Academic background in Computer Science or a related field.
- Foundational programming knowledge in Java, Python, or C#.
