What you will do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs across KYC, CDD, and AML compliance topics.
• Evaluate AI responses for regulatory accuracy, specifically referencing 4th/5th AMLD, JMLSG guidance, and FCA frameworks.
• Draft realistic compliance scenarios based on direct experience in customer onboarding, risk assessment, and SARs.
• Create scenario variations from diverse perspectives, including compliance analysts, MLROs, auditors, and regulators.
• Identify gaps, weak logic, or oversights in AI-generated compliance reasoning.

Requirements

• Must be based in the EU or UK.
• Senior-level experience in KYC, CDD, or AML within the EU or UK.
• Background in legal consulting, in-house regulatory roles, or risk/audit.
• Ability to commit to 8–20 hours per week.
• Proven skill in evaluating compliance processes and delivering structured, critical feedback.
