What you will do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to real estate advisory, market analysis, and property management.
• Evaluate AI responses for technical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements.
• Draft realistic real estate scenarios based on direct professional experience.
• Create scenario variations from different perspectives, such as consultants, clients, investors, and property managers.
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated real estate content.

Requirements

• Senior-level real estate expert with significant professional experience within the EU or UK.
• Experience in advising on, developing, and executing real estate projects and documentation.
• Skilled at evaluating project workflows, technical requirements, and compliance.
• Availability for 8–20 hours per week.
• Ability to work independently and provide structured, critical feedback.
