What you will do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to surgical procedures, documentation, and risk management.
• Evaluate AI responses for clinical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements.
• Draft realistic surgical scenarios based on direct professional experience.
• Create scenario variations from different perspectives, including surgeons, patients, nurses, or regulators.
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated surgical content.

Requirements

• Senior-level surgeon with significant professional experience.
• Must be based in the EU or UK.
• Expertise in preparing and executing surgical procedures and documentation.
• Ability to provide structured, critical feedback independently.
• Availability for 8–20 hours per week.
