What you will do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs on M&A topics, including deal sourcing, due diligence, transaction structuring, and valuation.
• Evaluate AI responses for deal realism, sound reasoning, and direct applicability to M&A scenarios.
• Draft realistic M&A case studies and negotiation scenarios based on direct deal experience.
• Create alternative scenarios from perspectives such as buyer, seller, advisor, or board member.
• Identify logic gaps, impractical responses, or oversights in AI-generated M&A content.

Requirements

• Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK.
• Senior-level experience as an M&A consultant, deal advisor, investment banker, or corporate development leader.
• Several years of hands-on M&A experience, including deal execution, structuring, negotiation, or integration.
• Adept at identifying logical gaps, flawed assumptions, or unrealistic approaches in M&A scenarios.
• Available for 8–20 hours per week with near-term availability.
