Salary: $3,000 – $6,000 per month (net)

What you will do

• Develop end-user AI solutions integrated with data platforms using LLM-based projects.
• Deliver environment-independent solutions utilizing skills, MCP, and agent harnesses.
• Evaluate AI agents and research new technologies, services, and approaches for project implementation.
• Identify and test various data providers to enhance agent capabilities.
• Validate product ideas through rapid prototyping, MVPs, and PoCs.

Requirements

• Location: Must be a specialist who has already relocated from Russia.
• Deep fluency in LLM ecosystems (OpenAI/Anthropic) and MCP server/skills development.
• Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and various vector databases.
• Strong foundation in web development: OAuth/OIDC, REST/GraphQL, JWT, sync/async, RabbitMQ/Redis, and WebSockets.
• Daily experience with AI-assisted engineering tools like Claude Code and Codex.
• Startup mentality with a high degree of agency and a bias toward action.

Nice to have

• Experience launching agent-based products, co-pilots, or working in a 0→1 product environment.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks for AI demos such as Streamlit or CopilotKit.
• Experience migrating scaffolded ReAct agents to AI harness agents.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools and metrics tracking.
• Experience integrating AI tools with business systems like CRMs and back-office tools.
