• Monitor campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights.
• Manage and resolve support tickets and provide phone support for clients and end users.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Proficiency with technology platforms, data, and system configurations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or distributed environment.
• Experience with customer support and handling technical platform-related inquiries.
