What you will do

• Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and comprehensive care journeys.
• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound communication via calls, SMS, and email.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records within EMR systems.
• Proactively reduce missed appointments and delays to improve patient outcomes.
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between patients and care providers.

Requirements

• NCLEX certification.
• Experience in patient coordination or healthcare support roles.
• Familiarity with EMRs and healthcare workflows.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Internet: Primary connection min 15 Mbps and backup connection min 10 Mbps.
• Hardware: Intel Core i5 (8th gen+), i3 (10th gen+), or AMD Ryzen 5 with min 8 GB RAM, webcam, and noise-canceling USB headset.
