What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for the S4 HANA TMS platform, managing configuration, data integrity, and system enhancements.
• Lead technology implementations and upgrades, coordinating across Treasury, IT, and external vendors.
• Identify and automate repetitive treasury processes using Power Automate and TMS-native workflows.
• Develop real-time dashboards in Power BI to provide visibility into liquidity, cash positions, and KPIs.
• Evaluate and implement AI-assisted tools to enhance fraud detection and decision-making.
• Provide general treasury support for bank administration, cash forecasting, and collateral portfolios.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Treasury Operations, or Accounting.
• Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA accounting systems and Treasury Management Workstations (or other TMS platforms).
• Advanced Excel skills and a proven track record of managing process improvement initiatives independently.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; the company will not sponsor non-immigrant visas (H-1B, TN, E-3, etc.).

Nice to have

• CTP certification or an interest in obtaining it.
• Experience with Python, RPA software, or other automation tools.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
