What you will do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs on innovation topics, including strategic innovation, business model design, and organizational change.
• Evaluate AI content for commercial realism, strategic logic, and relevance to actual innovation challenges.
• Draft realistic scenarios and case studies reflecting hands-on experience in driving innovation.
• Create scenario variations from multiple stakeholder perspectives, such as C-suite, board members, and product leads.
• Identify gaps, flawed assumptions, or impracticality in AI-generated innovation reasoning.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience as an Innovation Director, Innovation Lead, Strategy Consultant, or Business Transformation Leader.
• Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK.
• Several years of hands-on experience in driving innovation, business model transformation, or leading change initiatives.
• Strong ability to detect weak logic, theoretical gaps, or unrealistic assumptions in innovation strategy.
• Availability for 8–20 hours per week.
