What you will do

• Create, prioritize, and maintain user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria within Linear.
• Manage engineering capacity and cycle planning to ensure a structured delivery process.
• Perform feature testing to ensure all quality criteria are met before shipping.
• Analyze usage data, error sources, and KPIs to continuously improve product success.
• Develop the product strategy and roadmap for packaging compliance, focusing on PPWR and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and support go-to-market preparations for Sales and Support.

Requirements

• Experience in product management or similar roles (PO, BA, Scrum Master).
• English: Fluent proficiency is required.
• Location: Must be based in Berlin to work in a hybrid setup.
• Ability to resolve ambiguity, make decisive actions, and take full ownership of the product.
• High quality bar for deliverables and a strong technical understanding of product tools.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Interest in sustainability, supply chain, and the circular economy.
• Experience with AI tools for automation, analysis, or process optimization.
• Familiarity with Linear, Notion, or similar B2B SaaS platforms.
