TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (SaaS): Driving sales growth by managing and expanding relationships with high-value Dioceses within the Catholic space with an accent on consultative selling and strategic account planning. Focus on uncovering business challenges, delivering tailored software solutions, and navigating complex sales cycles with senior decision-makers.

Location: Remote (Must be based in one of the following US states: AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, VA)

Salary: $220k–$250k OTE

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target and penetrate high-potential Catholic Dioceses.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders, including 50%+ travel.
  • Provide consultative selling to demonstrate how hirify.global’s software solves business challenges for Dioceses and parishes.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure superior customer experience.
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities and report pipeline status to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience selling software or technology solutions to parishes and Dioceses.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Familiarity with the software industry, SaaS solutions, and internal operations of the Catholic church.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Must be based in one of the approved US states.
