Location: Must be based in the US, Ontario, or British Columbia (Canada). Visa sponsorship is not available.
Salary: $117,000 - $180,000 USD (OTE) / $169,000 - $190,000 CAD (OTE)

What you will do
- Develop and execute upsell and retention strategies for mid-to-large complex transit agencies.
- Own the full upsell pipeline from marketing qualified leads to closing.
- Create account plans and deliver Executive Business presentations to agency leadership to prove ROI.
- Manage competitive and non-competitive procurement, including RFPs and sole source justifications.
- Lead platform demonstrations and trainings for agency decision-makers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide feedback on competition, market trends, and customer needs.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of quota-carrying SaaS experience specifically within the public sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and pipeline expectations.
- Strong ability to synthesize information from various stakeholders and communicate value creatively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask a high volume of opportunities.
- Passion for the future of transportation, mobility, and smart cities.
- Must be based in the US, Ontario, or British Columbia.
