Location: Remote, but must be able to establish and manage the NYC production hub (New York, NY)

Salary: $190,000 - $210,000 a year

What you will do

• Architect and lead a scalable media function to establish the company as the most influential platform in real estate.
• Launch and execute flagship YouTube shows and a content system to accelerate inbound demand.
• Create and manage the Presence® Talent Network by nurturing relationships with clients and creators.
• Own the master content calendar, encompassing newsletters, webinars, social posts, and lead magnets.
• Partner with executives to develop strategic narratives, thought leadership, and keynote scripts.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to align media output with business priorities.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in media, production, journalism, or creator-led environments.
• Proven track record of developing video-first content, specifically recurring YouTube show formats.
• Hands-on fluency in production workflows, including scripting, shoot direction, and post-production QC.
• Exceptional editorial instincts and high-quality writing skills for newsletters, reports, and OpEds.
• Experience growing social media accounts via platform-native content on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to establish and lead the NYC production hub.
