What you will do

• Negotiate competitive pricing with airlines and organize cargo shipping from suppliers to end users via airfreight.
• Manage on-time bookings and conduct daily follow-ups with airlines until cargo delivery.
• Prepare accurate export documentation, including pickup notes, CMR, AWB, EUR1, and ATR1, in compliance with IATA and governmental regulations.
• Manage billing processes, including approving supplier invoices and issuing outgoing customer billing.
• Build and maintain relationships with local carriers and troubleshoot operational issues with airlines.
• Monitor airline performance, analyze reports to identify strengths and weaknesses, and create SOPs to support offshoring processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in airfreight export coordination.
• Knowledge of IATA and governmental rules and regulations for air transportation.
• Ability to accurately establish all necessary shipping and customs paperwork.
• Proficiency in reporting and performance monitoring to initiate corrective actions.
