What you will do

• Lead the execution of funding lines, specifically focusing on asset-backed securitisation (ABS) and structured debt financing solutions.
• Originate and execute both public and private securitisation facilities to ensure cost-effective funding.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with institutional investors, banks, insurance companies, and rating agencies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business heads to align funding activities with overall corporate goals.
• Manage transaction legal documentation and lead negotiations with investors and external legal counsel.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with transaction covenants, performance triggers, and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Capital Markets, Banking, Structured Finance, or Debt Advisory.
• Demonstrable track record in structuring and executing securitisation programs, preferably in automotive or leasing.
• Deep technical expertise in debt products, financial modelling, and credit rating agency processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for high-level stakeholder management.
• Experience managing complex projects within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
