What you will do

• Manage end-to-end processing of customers’ Ocean CHB orders and provide timely updates.
• Coordinate arrivals, Delivery Order collection, and customs declaration processing.
• Handle payment of customs and port charges while ensuring BDP systems are updated.
• Provide operational troubleshooting for issues related to carriers, ports, and customs.
• Ensure timely invoice generation and submission of claim-related documents to the customs team.
• Maintain 100% compliance and adhere to KPI-based non-conformance reporting.

Requirements

• Experience in Ocean CHB (Customs House Brokerage) operations.
• Ability to perform punctual and flawless order handling and documentation.
• Knowledge of coordinating with carriers, ports, and customs authorities.
• Proficiency in managing end-to-end shipment lifecycles.
