What you will do

• Lead high-impact initiatives from discovery through launch, navigating ambiguity to solve complex problems.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap and direction.
• Conduct discovery work and research to translate user insights into elegant, scalable product experiences.
• Evolve the company design system to improve quality, consistency, and delivery velocity.
• Develop micro-interactions and animations that enhance the overall user experience.
• Mentor other designers and contribute to the internal design culture and critique process.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design with a track record of shipping digital products end-to-end.
• A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX, high-quality craft, and strategic impact.
• Mastery of Figma and component-based workflows in multi-product environments.
• Strong systems thinking and experience evolving scalable design systems.
• Must be based in Canada.
