What you will do

Lead the development of the React Native mobile app, owning architecture, performance, and code quality.
Design, develop, and deploy features across the full stack (frontend and backend).
Build and refine offline-first capabilities to support field operations in low-connectivity environments.
Design and optimize database schemas using PostgreSQL and Drizzle ORM.
Write clean, testable code and conduct code reviews to uphold quality standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally in an Agile environment to ship high-impact features.

Requirements

Deep expertise in React and React Native, with strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript.
Experience with Vite, Tailwind CSS, and Shadcn UI.
Solid background in Node.js and Express.js.
Proven experience with PostgreSQL and ORMs, preferably Drizzle ORM.
Ability to architect and implement scalable RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of web security best practices, including Helmet, CORS, and JWT.

Nice to have

Experience with offline-first strategies and data sync patterns (e.g., IndexedDB).
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.
