What you will do

• Advance the product roadmap by developing new features and enhancing existing functionality.
• Handle maintenance tasks and collaborate with the Support team to resolve L3 escalations.
• Write automated tests and maintain high code quality standards.
• Automate development processes and contribute to continuous improvement practices.
• Work within cross-functional and cross-product teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Git and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Spring, Hibernate, and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence).
• Knowledge of message middleware like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
