What you will do

• Develop AI-powered solutions including chat interfaces and agentic workflows for document editing and understanding.
• Integrate AI features into existing SDKs and tools in collaboration with product and design teams.
• Architect modular and maintainable systems to simplify AI integrations.
• Monitor and optimize the performance, reliability, and efficiency of AI features.
• Keep pace with the latest developments in AI and software engineering to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Experience implementing AI features using frameworks such as Langchain, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex.
• Strong skills in systems design for building scalable and maintainable AI solutions.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals and proficiency in languages such as TypeScript, Python, C++, or Elixir.
• Experience with backend services and distributed systems.
• Location: Must be located within the UTC -5 to +7 time zone.
