What you will do

• Manage device security, SaaS platforms, identity & access, and the overall employee IT experience.
• Handle IT oncall rotations, including helpdesk support and account provisioning.
• Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding workflows.
• Contribute to build projects involving MDM improvements, compliance documentation, and self-service tooling.
• Implement device compliance improvements (MDM, EDR, FileVault) across multiple countries.
• Develop automation and self-service projects to measurably reduce IT operational toil.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of IT operations experience in a tech environment.
• Fluency in macOS and the Apple ecosystem (Apple Business Manager, DEP enrollment).
• Experience with MDM tools (ideally Kandji, Jamf, or Intune) and SaaS administration.
• Proficiency in basic identity & access management (Google Workspace, SSO).
• Fluent English and French languages.
• Strong documentation mindset and ability to triage and escalate incidents effectively.

Nice to have

• Specific experience with Kandji.
• Awareness of security compliance frameworks like ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
• Basic scripting abilities in Python or Bash.
• Experience with SaaS vendor management or license administration.
• Background in a fast-growing tech company environment.
