What you will do
- Manage high-volume emails regarding order status, shipping updates, and general product inquiries.
- Provide real-time support via Shopify Chat to assist customers and drive conversions.
- Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages on Facebook and Instagram.
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
Requirements
- Previous experience using Shopify is a major plus.
- Exceptional written English with the ability to adapt tone for different channels.
- Strong general computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- High attention to detail and a patient, positive attitude.
