What you will do

  • Manage high-volume emails regarding order status, shipping updates, and general product inquiries.
  • Provide real-time support via Shopify Chat to assist customers and drive conversions.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency to maintain high satisfaction ratings.

Requirements

  • Previous experience using Shopify is a major plus.
  • Exceptional written English with the ability to adapt tone for different channels.
  • Strong general computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • High attention to detail and a patient, positive attitude.
